Very pigmented! 1 layer gives you a light semi sheer vibrant color, 2 layers gives a fully colored very vibrant outstanding color. 2. Creamy! It stays creamy after application for about 15 Mins, then drys to an almost unknowable existence (in the best way of course ) 3. The smell and taste is crazy good! Almost like candy!!
